"I feel so clean"

One of the best weeks yet!!! I can't believe how fast this went by. Had a super awesome and fun week! We went to the state fair and that was very different from the one in Idaho! A lot of the people that were there were drunk haha you gotta love Kentucky!!! People here super wired and different, nothing like home haha. But I definitely love the people here and there so many different ethnicity! Our area is doing super good and we are seeing a lot of miracles happen everyday as we continue to be obedient! We do one service project a week for this a company called DARE TO CARE, it's a company that helps people with food and supplies! Our job is to go sort the banana boxes and  put food with its own match and they have to coolest system on how to do that so it makes it very easy! But of course we do other service projects as well, we have been trying to teach this one family for the longest time and they keep turning us away. And this week as we were riding our bikes by, we saw him trying to fix his lawn mower and I went over there and asked if I could help, he said his been trying to fix it for along time but he can't get it running! So I said I can fix that lawn mower if you would let us teach you one lesson. And he was fine with it, so I had no clue on how to fix the lawn mower but I somehow managed to get it running haha. And we had that lesson with him and we have a return appointment with his family!! I'm super excited.

I finally got my baptism and life is good 😊 I got to baptize Sarah and she is just the sweetest person! I was super nervous when I was about to baptize her haha. Anyways I did do it and she only had to go down once haha. But she said something that I'm going to never forget for the rest of my life, she said once she came out "I feel so clean" what a wonderful feeling it must be and I wish I could just get baptized again! I sat down and thought about what she said afterwards and just wondered how I could have the feeling of purity again, I thought of the sacrament, that's how how we can be clean every day! Sarah kept on amazing me that day. After the baptismal service was over. And we were getting ready to head out, we saw the bishop cleaning up the church and she went over and asked what he was doing. And he told her I'm cleaning the church today because it's my turn to clean it this week, there was supposed to be more people there helping but they weren't able to make it so him and his wife were just doing it all themselves. So then Sarah goes and says "this is my church and I will make the time every Saturday to come and clean it" now she really can't do that because others need the blessings to but she defiantly helped gain more testimony this week and memories I can never forget!
After the baptism we went on exchanges with the assistance of the mission! It was an awesome learning moment for me! We were in downtown Louisville! It's all gangs and where the drug goes down haha! And I was the driver 😀😀 Anyways we talked to almost everyone that we saw and some didn't want to take to us haha. but we had fun bugging them until they told us to go away! We had one guy we talked to on the street and he asked me for a dollar so I gave it to him, and we started talking and he said his been given the Book of Mormon before. But he doesn't believe in god because of how awful his life is at the moment. And so we bore our testimony and told him the it will bless his life and that he does have a Heavenly Father that loves him.... It offended him and he dropped the big bad he had on his back and he started searching inside it... And Elder Waite was like what are you looking for?? and he said his Gun 😳 and he was like dang it I forgot my gun so he grabbed out a hammer and tried to hit us hahaha. But elder Waite was ready so he didn't hit us and some people across the street  came and calmed him down! And we went on our own way haha.. Gosh I love my mission and I love the experiences I get everyday!! I won't die haha and I got the pants just in time!! Glad to hear the boys are doing well and damitu as well! And I bet it makes life a lot easier to work from home haha! And thank you for the snacks and I love you and hope you have s good week! And thanks for the hymn! I don't if I ever told you but since I been out on my mission, I have been a cry baby haha a little testimony someone share gets me to cry haha I don't why, I guess I'm just wired 😊
